DAYTONA PRO

The Daytona Pro is our largest professional carving table. Very robust, rigid and fast, the Daytona Pro is a no-holds-barred design for very high productivity. Available in 5ft x 8ft and 5ft x 10ft bed sizes. 10” under gantry clearance is standard, giving you more capability and easier loading with no compromise on rigidity and additionally, the Daytona Pro can 3D carve up to 10”.  With more options available than any other model it allows you to customize the Pro to exactly what you need. Automatic tool change, tool height sensing, and vacuum bed are just the start.

FEATURES 

  • Very rigid construction without extra weight makes the “Pro” tough and fast

  • Our unique cross bolted assembly allows perfect squaring during assembly, unlike welding

  • Lift-out table top sections for custom setups, drop-in jigs or 4th axis work

  • Helical gearboxes eliminate backlash in the gear train

  • Teknic servo motors: powerful, accurate, resistant to electrical noise, the highest quality in their class

  • Highest quality SKF linear bearings throughout for best accuracy, reliability and long life

  • 7.5 HP spindle is custom-built to our specification with a TG-100 collet. The TG has a very long grip and is used in specialized machines up to 50,000 RPM. This collet supports long cutting tools with unparalleled accuracy to reduce vibration and run-out.

  • 220 Volt single phase configuration allows installation in more locations – no need for 3 phase power

  • Helical 10:1 gearboxes, high quality and low backlash

  • Helical rack and pinion gear drive on all axes
